Based in South Italy, Metal Detektor is made up of five
old school NWOBHM and early US metal aficionados
who banded together in 2000. Their debut EP, Detecting Metal, was released in 2002, followed by a full length, HoT, published in 2008. In 2020 they signed for the label Volcano Records and released their second album, The Battle of Daytona. Out now!
